Before we begin
We will complete a 1 hour strategy call together, and task and resource prep homework will be assigned so we can maximize productivity

During the Intensive
We block off the day for 7 hours of dedicated time for your Shopify site or project, including kickoff and off-boarding

After we wrap up
You will receive email support for 14 days post-Intensive for, and will access 10% off subsequent Intensive days.

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon can we begin?
Our availability varies, but we reserve 3-4 VIP days a month to help to accommodate those fast approaching deadlines!
What if we don't accomplish everything?
As part of your homework, you will prioritize the tasks and issues you'd like us to address. While we can’t guarantee exactly what we can accomplish (each storefront is so different!), you will get the focused attention of an expert developer for the full day.
Can you fix my bug?
Our goal for the VIP day is to progressively enhance Shopify sites with new features and capabilities.
Fixing technical bugs introduced by other developers can be complex and hard to guarantee.
What happens if Something breaks?
We provide email support for 14 days post-VIP Day, just in case! 

Pricing

How does payment work?
To reserve your spot, we require a 50% deposit of your total project price upon booking and the remaining 50% will be due before we release the changes.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards as well as
e-transfers from our Canadian clients.
Isn't this expensive for just one day?
In addition to our dedicated time during your VIP Day, you'll receive preparation tasks, homework review, and 14-days of email support post-VIP Day.
IS your pricing in CAD or USD?
Our pricing is currently in Canadian dollars to support the majority of our clients. For Int'l clients, your invoice will reflect your local currency, converted on the day of transaction.
