How soon can we begin?
While we might be able to start your project right away, this isn’t always possible. Our availability varies based on our current workload, as well as the specifics of your project. To best reserve your spot, we recommend reaching out 1 - 2 months ahead of your anticipated launch date. The more notice, the better!
Before we can begin building, we need your branding guidelines (including typography, colour palette, font files) on hand, so we can refer to them seamlessly each step of the way while implementing designs. Photo, video, and copy assets are helpful, although not critical to get started, as we can use placeholders until they are available. It is important to note, providing assets after the start of the project may act as a roadblock, and impact the agreed upon timeline and potential launch date.
Will you Teach me to use my new website?
All of our service packages include 1:1 training, so you fully understand the ins and outs of your new custom website. We can even record our training session for you to refer back to the video whenever you may need a refresher.
What happens if something on the website breaks after launch?
A crucial step in our process prior to launch is testing. We complete extensive testing on our websites-including testing your website on multiple devices and browsers. Our custom packages offers 30 days of support post-launch, just in case!


How does payment work?
To reserve your spot, we require a 50% deposit of your total project price upon booking. For ease of payment, 25% will be due at project start, and the remaining 25% will be due upon project completion.
We accept all major credit cards as well as
e-transfers from our Canadian clients.
Can we cut costs by using a template?
Most Shopify storefronts are based on a template, unless the business requires a full ground-up website - though this is rare.

Think of a template as a guideline for our build. It acts as blueprint for your website, without any of the finishings that are necessary to launch your final product. While the template provides us with the structure, we create and build the unique functionality and features that will best suit your business goals.
Does Pricing Include Design?
While all of our e-commerce websites are strategically designed prioritizing the customer experience (and utilizing e-commerce best practices), our service packages do not include brand + custom web design, or copywriting. We will take care of the template selection and layout in our Setup package, but highly recommend you source a web designer for anything more custom.
